Jody Davis, born and raised in Galveston County, has the background, experience and passion to get real results for Santa Fe's children. As a Senior business leader, Jody will bring students, teachers, parents and administrators together to create meaningful change in Santa Fe ISD.
Born in Clear Lake, and raised in Texas City, his family attended church in Santa Fe from an early age. He has been a resident of Santa Fe for the past 15+ years.
In 2006, he embarked on a journey to become a foster parent for CPS. In 2007 he was honored to have his first placement with twins that were 18 months old. From that moment the twins have been his. He later adopted them and they are now 5th graders at Kubacak Elementary in Santa Fe.
His work experience includes 15+ years of corporate leadership and training experience at Bank of America, Capital One Bank, Baker Communications and CloudCoaching International.
As a leader, he is a direct, clear communicator interested in making fact based decisions. He has a team focused approach ensuring all parties are valued and honored, and that trust is earned.
He has served in the community as a volunteer coach for Galveston County Youth Soccer Association and has been actively involved in the twins activities both in the classroom and outside of the classroom. From Gymnastics, Basketball, Soccer and currently football and cheer / drill with the Santa Fe Braves / Starlets, he remains involved and connected to their interests.
